Submit a support ticket

Use the following form to submit a support ticket to Farrell Documentation. You must be logged in to use this form. If you are not a registered user, and you need access, please contact us.

To upload one or more files with your ticket, you must open a ticket first; then click the link at the bottom that reads “You can access it here.” A file upload box displays at the bottom of the form.

To view your tickets after you submit them, go to the View Support Tickets page. If you need assistance with the ticketing system, please contact us or view the Support Help.
